The issue is not that Porn exists nor that its on the web.
The issue is that Toyspeed is a couple of things...
- A car enthusiast group with a focus on Toyotas
- A group of friends/associates who share a common interest...
Offtopic is for exactly the kind of things that MrOizo has listed here.
That doesn't mean, on the other hand, that material which is clearly of an R18 nature is acceptable in the OffTopic sections. Porn sites have terms they have to live up to (make sure that its clearly opt-in-to-view, agreements with their service providers that theyre allowed to provide this sort of service, Credit card verification where necessary...) - Toyspeed does not.
So aside from the fact that TS is frequented by people who are not legally allowed to view pornographic material (and therefore by making it available to them Toyspeed become legally liable) it is NOT OUR PURPOSE. If people want porn they'll go surf for porn.
What we asked is that you respect firstly the minors who use this forum, secondly the people who provide the hosting for this forum, thirdly the admins wishes - and not post porn. Simple.
Clearly labelled links which are obviously links to R18 material may be appropriate. Nothing more explicit than that.
(And yes there are some sigs here which come close to the line, nevermind avatars - the point here is that any which are obviously pornographic will be removed. Others may be acceptable based on the definition of 'pornography' - and a reasonable effort to keep things on here sub-R18.)
