Well correct me if I'm wrong, but the Altezza only comes in 4 cyl.

Are you meaning the IS300 from the Lexus range maybe?

nope - take a look on trade me and youll find 4 and 6 cylinder ones. even a 3ltr gita.....

Altezza RS200 is 4 cyl beams :mrgreen:

Altezza AS200 is 6 cyl pusbucket :x

3sge beams 4 banger all the way, 11 lb/ft more torque, 50PS more in manual version

Can you get a 2JZGE 5-speed Altezza in Japan? That'd be my pick, otherwise the 3SGE is miles ahead of the 1G-FE

No you can't, and GE is for performance and FE is for economy,
so 3SGE beats 1GFE everytime.

Altezzas are fairly heavy.... I would expect a 6cylinder "economy" headed engine to be pretty similar to the 20V. (well not the engine.. the combination)

I may just talk a lot of arse though :roll:

No because they both have the same size engine, do some homework on your engine and chasis codes :wink:
