Anyway.
As soon as I finished 7th form, I got the hell away from my parents. (ie: Nelson to Auckland). Was home for almost a year last year... I got driven insane so I left again

but yer i moved out in 2001 and lived with them briefy at the start of this year for a couple of months thanks to my redundency. but yeh they rule, and one thing i cant stand is other people not giving their parents any respect/not being grateful. and it happens alot.

Yep, I used to give be a little shit to my parents, not respect or be grateful for what I have.
But I learnt to appreciate what I have.

yep too true. just an ex of mine pissed me off, nicest parents ever, would do all her washing and be as helpful as possible to her, give her respect, buy her nice gifts, cook dinner - everything. but she would act like a little brat and have tantys if they tried to talk to her about how her day was etc. mind you her older sister is like 25 now and still isn't much better.

Moved outa home when i was 17. never been back!

NO WAY would i go back.
