Well they do. Might is right.

Arrogant, self-centred drivers.

As in, those drivers who:
* Sit in the right-hand lane of the motorway doing 90km/h (especially when they exactly match the speed of the cars in the inside lanes so you cannot get past them by using a different lane).
* Drive for miles on open roads at 70km/h with a large queue behind them without trying to let people behind them pass.
* Are more than happy to dive up the empty outside (or inside) lane and then barge their way in at the head of a queue of traffic instead of patiently waiting like everyone else.
* Run read lights, fail to stop at Stop signs, drive 2m off the back of the car in front at 100km/h etc etc because they are good drivers and those particular road rules do not apply to them.
* And finally, those who indulge in all the above and then throw abuse at those road users who dare to suggest that their driving is inconsiderate.

The roads would be a far nicer place for all if everyone just had a bit more consideration for their fellow road users.
We know that four-wheel drive doesn't work in a racing car, and I proved to myself that it doesn't work very well for rallycross. I'm absolutely convinced that it has no future in rallying, either, even if the regulations allowed it. - Roger Clark (rallying legend), circa 1976

I also hate the way that Bus Driver's attempt to pull out in front of you.

Especially when you are part of a queue of traffic and are the last car - they still try and squeeze there way in.

One tried to do that to me once, except I was halfway up the side of it. I honked my horn and they jerked back in the other direction. Haha
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.

They are different groups but the result is still the same  And I forgot to mention the group of people who pull out of side-streets into small gaps in the traffic flow and then take aagggeeeessss to accelerate up to the speed limit, forcing you to hit the picks to avoid rear-ending them.

Much like buses pulling out actually  In Sydney buses actually do have right-of-way when they pull out...

I know!

I wonder what the Red Bus company is thinking when they hire these social retards / Cretins they call bus drivers! - with their beer guts hanging out of their buttoned shirts - just because theirs is essentially "bigger than yours" doesn't mean they own the road!

Agreed.. They say that female's are in less accident's then male's
but that is due to them causing the accident but not being in the accident itself ;) ;) ..

hahah :-p its because females cause less FATAL accidents than males because in general when it comes to high speed they are more cautious. They do cause more dings around town though. poor judgement.
and for every fatal accident theres hundreds of dings that happen.

when you're paying the drivers $12.50 an hour, i dont think they are going to be upstanding high class citizens. (they might be on like 14$ an hour now, but yeh same diff)

I have full respect for the elderly, but it's when they don't have the reactions, or the confidence to drive that it becomes a real issue.
Driving is all about patience and confidence.

The bus thing, I always try to let them in eh, but damn it pisses me off when, as you said Alycia, you're the last in a queue and they try to pull out in front. GARRR!

Yesterday was a terrible say for morons on the road, turning in front of me, I honked at one and the bitch actually flipped the bird at me?! FFS.
If I had my old car I wouldn't have braked :P

But WORST of all.. Are the cowards that hit you car in a carpark and then don't leave their number!!
Grrr.. That's some bad karma right there..

God, don't get me started on them... I've almost been run over by a bus that failed to stop at a pedestrian crossing; have been stuck in a car by the ass end of a bus that pulled into the bus stop, but parked half out and over the loading zone; and the usual near-wipeouts from buses stopping/changing lanes/pulling out.

I find it hard to put poor driving ability on one group, I tend to think that a fair amount of people have their moements behind the wheel. I'm sure there has been times when we have all p!ssed off someone on the road they would lable us a "terrible driver".

But if I had to complain the most ... old people who have lost their reactions and hearing!! 8O

Gone but not forgotten: Race car AE85.6 Levin, AE101 Trueno, 84 MR2 AW11, 94 MR2 SW20, SR coupe KE35, AE92 FXGT, AE91 FXZS...
