I've made my choice. Getting on a plane in an hour or so to go get it.

Penrith to Mackay - 1934km (via Pacific and Bruce Hways)

Everyone thinks I'm mad for going to get it. I think it will be an epic two days.

Will post up pics when I get back. Thanks for the opinions/comments.

please say its that te27...
The four seasons in Australia consist of "$&#$% it's hot", "Can you believe how $&#$% hot it is?", "I won't be in today because it is too $&#$% hot" and "Yes, the dinner plate size spiders come inside to escape from the heat."

Bought all three, put the seats (and other interior parts) from the Bimmer and the engine from the RX into the TE? :D

That's what I was thinking too. Daily hack, just get a dirty old Corolla wagon or something, that way if it gets doinked in a car park, or nicked, it doesn't suck so much

Got back last night.
Google said it should've only taken 23 hours, it took me from 10pm Tue night untill midnight last night, so 26 hours.
There was a lot of roadworks around Coffs Harbor though, at the time I thought I lost 2 hours. Also stopped in to have a coffee with a colleague in Brisbane for an hour.

Car didn't miss a beat. Its the TE btw, will post some pics up when I've cleaned the 2000kms of muck off it.
