Im quite a big guy :P

And i can still run 2.4km in 13mins or less :)

It sucks that people think you are unfit because you weigh a lot or are carrying a bit of 'relaxing muscle'

6 foot 2, 95kgs & 39%body fat 8O damn having to lose 15% to be healthy again, bring back carless days so i dont drive everywhere from now on. though i have dropped 10kgs since january
