vws look fine in stills with cute (well, some of them) girls hanging off them, but those pics dont show the repair bills and the pools of oil left behind once the car has been towed away

Give her a paper bag for her head and I'm good to go!
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.

my parents has always had euro cars from a bmw 525i sport to a vauxhall astra work van and had never let them down, i wouldnt say all euro cars are bad quality, just expensive to repair if they do go wrong.

Not that i remember, although there were loads of parts about they still were so expensive, even if you bought the part from a wrecker and asked a mechanic to fit it, they would charge you loads more than it would to fit on any other car :?

Saying that, i would now probably buy the toyota, plenty more parts out there for it and cheaper if i does go wrong

Go for the JZX110 Mark 2 IR-V in my opinion. Save yourself a bit of cash, have way more power, storage space, and looks heaps better.

I agree, I think the fact that she is in the sun and squinting a bit makes her look a little odd but I'd tap that

Im voting caldina!!! Just cause i want a 98 model :P

Did you say the Mrs wanted to learn how to drive manual in the VW? Wouldnt you want a less expensive car to learn in, my bf put me in an 84 Mitsi Tredia coz who cares if it broke haha.

VW sounds like alot of work and repair costs arent cheap(so ive heard)
