6ft and 81kg now - still could do with a little more exercise, though when don't you? :) If I answered this in October, it would have been 94kg 8O

Yeah but when you cant eat what ever and not put on weight thats fine, but me everything i eat makes a difference, especially when your real short any weight gain shows real bad, i was big then little now big i hate it cnat get the balence right! :evil:

just dont eat lots ;) you dont gain weight hahaha.

what have i eaten today... nothing.. and its 1:40 lol, yesterday, i had... 1 kfc large frys, and a 2 minute n00dle packet.

im not hungry though >.> so meh... only eat what you need i guess?

I do play lots of basketball, and gym 3-4 times a week for a tone up.
I eat what ever I get given or I cook myself etc.
Im a part time chef too so I know the rules.
