Omg, I've been trying to figure out what the point of sugarfree energy drinks is! I mean, sure, your in it for the guarana and caffiene, but really, sugar is the fun bit!

I do have to say that I find Red Bull works the best for me, but V definately tastes better!

Dont touch any of em, they make you fat. I was told this my doctor so I believe it to be true.
Sugar addiction is hardout, but once you stop having too much you stop craving it.
Try excercising more, sounds backward but it will give you more energy.
(not that I know how much you excercise only that it is working for me)

Excercising releases endorphins into your body. THis increases your energy levels, mental alertness, and stamina!

No to mention the word endorphin sounds coolaz.

But, I you think excercise is for poeple with no life, Red Bull has to be the shiz

Drive WLG-AKL, 2 cans of V, chuck one down at beginning of trip, chuck another in Taupo, drive straight on thru.

The AA even recommend "strategic" use of energy drinks to keep mental alertness at it's peak. :D

any reason why on the back of V's they only recommend two bottles a day???too much sugar = crazy?
Whenever I see an old lady slip and fall on a wet sidewalk, my first instinct is to laugh. But then I think, what if I was an ant, and she fell on me. Then it wouldn't seem quite so funny.

Damn! Two bottles? is that the equivalent of 5 cans?
On the cans it says "no more than 5 per day". I use two cans for every 7hour+ road trip...

I do know that if you have more than 5 cans, it will serious screw you up. I lost track one night and had 8 cans. Couldn't sleep that night, next day had hot and cold shakes, fever, nausea, didn't feel like eating, spent the entire day in a hot bath trying to sweat it out. AWFUL.

I don't really drink energy drinks much, but when I do it's usually lift plus. Sometimes I like red bull and V is ok, but like I said, I don't drink them much, but lift plus works for me!

I have found that more exercise does help too!! I eat way too much junk food, but try to avoid chocolate when I can coz it gives me headaches, but I feel really good when I exercise (swim, play netball, etc)
