Old school always has the unique look, heaps more indivdual cuase there tends to be less of them. Unlike the 100's of wrx's,gsr's, gtx, 20v's ......

I'd rather have an original old-school car than something new and overdone anyday.
It's more fun working on old-school cars, they are simpler and if you stack them it's not such a big deal, just buy another shell and start over. :)

Would you think they're less likely to be stolen ?

Unless they're an rx3, rx7 or something like that... yeah I think they're less likely to be stolen.
The most stolen cars are always '91+, but if your old school car is hardcore modded or with nice new paint and mags etc, of course it's gonna attract theives more.

dunno, tough decision.
I mean with new school, you have modern technology and less rust and that kinda thing.
With old school i agree its easier to be unique.
But it depends on what car you compare i guess.
I would definately take a wrx over a rx3.
And at the end of the day depending on what path you take your old school car, it will probably have abit of nu school in it.
For example my mark 2 supra will have a 7mgte or 1uzfe in it sometime soon.
Zeph thats stupid, they are just better? what a crap reason.

I think they both have good attributes. If you want a comfortable ride then Nu Skool is better than Old. If I was to go on a long road trip I would definately choose Nu rather than Old. If I was asked to choose between an RX3 Coupe and a new WRX. Well that'd be a tough decision. I could sell the WRX for lots of money or I could have a sweet RX3 :D But I think they're both good.

I go for new stuff. I like classy sexy cars. The only old school i like is old american cars. And wrxs rule. I'd choose one of those over any car.
