2 options for front kit for my Levin,

which do people like the most? I'm leaning towards the D-Speed kit as most AE111's with kits have the bomex style.

Post any comments please

I ahve always been a fam of BOMEX and bomex styled kits..

just a thing to watch out for is most of the time BOMEX will rip you off, claiming they have sent out items but havent and couldnt produce courier dockets... a big write up on www.supraforums.com if you wanna read...

but i guess you can go through a NZ Reseller.... just mak sure they have it before money is down i guess... (in full anwyas)

and resellers will charge more than direct too...

oh here is one: http://www.supraforums.com/forum/showth ... =bomex+rip

theres another i cant find....

Same thing happened with me. Got my front kit from a NZ reseller though. Got delivered with a crack about 2 inches long in the top of it. They said its the couriers fault and didnt pay up. (cost $70 to fix). Not sure weather to put the company i brought it off but yeah.

The Bomex kits look quite mint...the D Speed ones look a bit more out there

The D-speed one is wicked and agressive looking, I just dont think it will suit the style of wheels on your car.... as the Bomex one I reckon lends itself to a smoother more subtle kind of style.....

Unless of course you get the intercooler and associated bits to fill in the D-Speed kit

you could order it through speedfactory. They do very good prices and source well made replicas. Contact hare on these forums for more info. Its who I got my kit through.

ended up getting a custom kit that I had never seen before, not as aggressive as either of the above 2, but its not common, which is a bonus

bomex is the key dude, as long as they fit it properly, make sure its really screwed on because any vibrations seem so crack it!!
