whats the best series in power,reliablity and for its time the 16v ( blue, blue-red and red top) or 20v (silver,blacktop)

Don't really know about the other engines, but the blue tops all get to 200,000 - 300,000 and then the car bodies rot away, from what I have seen. maybe these engines would go for a lot longer if the cars survived.

bluetop neva came without TVIS. So Bluetop

It came out next after bluetop bigger bigends, abit more compression and some red writing its the worst of the bunch. I vote smallport 16v

Probally a bit byist sayin the 20v seen as ive got one, but theve got some kick. although so do all 4Age's, mean engines all round.

yip they are all mean, but weight is the prob, u got the power but all this weight 2 cary, thats y i like my small fx-gt hehe :)

the driveability of the small port 4ages is awesome. even with a snail on the side like mine :)

Besides the compression, the engines are the same so vote for your favourite generation, ie. AW11/early ae92 vote 16 valve redtop tvis or late AE92/AE101 vote small port non tvis
