In terms of power 13b turbo will shit all over a 4agte, probably even a 13b NA could out power a 4agte.

Can have reliable power with 13b turbo. 13b turbo would go nuts too

Would definately be my choice!

Hate to say it, but yeah, Go the 13b turbo. A mate of mine got one and the rotary engine is standard as but its bl#@dy quick!! Just remember to get better brakes!!!!
