I would pay.. say around 80 - 85 $

I'd say around $90-100 at most. Any more than that I'd be looking for something that didn't need to be plugged into the cigarette outlet all the time.

I paid $120 for one which has all those features, plus a firewire & USB interface to the IPod, and runs off the IPod batteries when there's no external power, also mean I can use standard USB & Firewire cables, instead of the proprietry IPod one.
