I don't vote either, nor do I enroll to vote.
You'll never get a government that makes you happy, their always going to $&#$% somewhere along the line and do something you disagree with.

I've never complained about money allocation either, not my problem quite frankly.

I hate governments and mostly all things related to them including this sensus. Who do they think they are if they make rules that they can fine you for not answering a bunch of bullshit questions they want to know and giving them all of your details?

As always Hanre, only thinking about yourself and the 'now'. Not taking the time to find out why these things are important.
It’s about planning for the future and establishing our countries needs for sustainability.

I know a few people like yourself and I'm sure there are many who read this forum as well that just don't give a 'rats ass' about it all. It's a shame really as taking an interests in the way things are run can only benifit you in the long run.

*Waits for retort and an excuses why not*

http://www.stats.census.govt.nz/default.htm it's all there...

Errr...yea righto.

This is not thinking about just myself. Could you explain how my decision is going to benefit me in any way please?

I have my reasons as to why I have made my decision and I certainly do not need to justify them to you however big a shame you believe it to be.

You see things your way I see them my way.
Let's not start another fight because you don't agree with my opinions...

Because illiteracy is rampant!
Oh and not to mention people are lazy and can't be bother to check their spelling.

:D

I didn't mind at all doing the Census, it was kind of fun. My household did it as a group to take the mundane nature out of it.

They also do the census to see what age groups are where so they can fund schools, and its people who don't fill out there census that cause schools not to be funded than their childrens schools cant teach them to spell properly.
