Brash was only ever a stand in anyway. He didn't have the guts to be a national leader...it took him 20 years just to get into Parliament  Roll on John Key.

I'm a Labour supporter generally...well im anti right wing, but after NCEA and all the other bullsh*t Labour has put us through i'm very tempted to vote for the Nats, just so we get a fresh perspective. In saying that however I don't have much faith in a leader with limited experience at the top like Key. Me thinks Labour will get another term :?

Interest Free student loans entices me for labour.

Yeah fair call. But this hasn't solved anything. Sure, more people will take out loans, and perhaps some that would not have gone to uni/tech etc are now being encouraged to, but is this really what we want?

NCEA = herding more students into tertiary education, and if you add in interest free loans, the amount of people gaining degrees is going to skyrocket, and therefore will ensure our best and brightest go overseas while NZ is stuck with the net result of an education system which rewards apathy and mediocrity. (sp) Sorry for going OT, politics is really pissing me off at the moment.

If I was to vote I'd vote national, $204 weekly going from my wage to taxes is getting out of hand.

I think all the mud slinging is stupid.

Politicians should focus on the countries problems, not their own $&#$% problems.

i reckon its an absolute disaster for nz

labour has GOT to go.
and a change for the nats isnt good for the next election.
hopefully they can pull it together.

i agree that labor HAS to go. but unfortunately i think it wont happen for a while, becuase she supports the dole like you wouldn't beleive, they do nothing about it. and all the people on the dole, vote for her because she isn't even hinting to make it harder to get on the dole, of getting people off their asses and getting a job.

bring back Jenny  and my f-16's

National is hardly the answer, they are just the lesser of the two evils. The corruption and back handers from the current Government are horrid.

Working for Families makes beneficiaries out of middle class nz'ers. I mean WTF is up with that, you can be in the top tax bracket of $60,000+/year and still qualify for WFF!!

NZ has grown weak with apathy, personal freedoms are being pulled out from under us and we don't say a word about it. Gun store owners being charged for protecting themselves, the f$%king stadium is going ahead spending god knows how many billion of tax payers money that we still be paying for in 2020 when 70% of Aucklanders don't even want it. Thank you Labour for elected dictatorship.
