Yellow cars: yay no nay

Postby Steelo » Sat Jun 07, 2008 11:09 am

Hey people,

I am starting to search for a new car, I think I've decided to go for another Toyota instead of the Nissan I had the thread about a while back.

I've got my eye on a few Altezza's one of which is yellow. I think the car suits its yellow paint job.

Would anyone here own or would buy a yellow car?

I'm not looking for people to tell me to buy it or not buy it, just curious as to where people stand with this colour of car!!

My mums old Porsche was yellow. It was sweet. But I'm kind of over yellow Altezza's.

If it has a kit/wheels i reckon a 'tezza can pull off yellow pretty well.

Well, I have to say that I have NEVER seen that conversion before! Looks like its a serious 2J though.... And I bet a few people in here will kick up a stink about a 2J in an FD! :D

Yellow (honey gold metallic if you ask the owner tho) AA63 Carina ftw 8)
I have no problem with most yellow cars - Used to have to clean a yellow GT2, wouldn't be complaining about the colour on that!!

*shudders* sw20s are the stand out for not buying a yellow car!! Particularly faded yellow :x

Some yellow cars are hot, others, not, personally I think if *you* like it, then you should buy it.
