Ok.. so ive decided to get my nose pierced (which ive wanted done for like.. 6 years) but i feel like i need something else. I cant decide which *other* piece of myself to get pierced. Its kinda well known that im a wuss and HATE needles , but im willing to bite the bullet and pay someone to stick a piece of metal thru me So children... what do you think i should get done (those of you who know me, what would i suit??)... and what sort of pain am i likely to expect?!

it took me 15 years to gather up the guts to get my ears pierced.

which goes to show how much of a woos i am

even then i screamed the whole time and the poor lady doing it was shaking like a grease movie. poor woman

but i also wanted my tounge done, so i gathered up the courage and went to streetwise body piercing which is the best place in new zealand and definatly worth the extra money and she shoved a 3 inch needle into my tounge and it hert. its bullschit when peopel tell you it doesnt hert. DAMMIT they is shoving a needle through your skin! or muscle...

and about 2 years later, i still have it in. ive been at my job over a year and until recently, no one knew i had it. so you can hide it if you want and its fun to play with wen your bored

the only problem was the swelling when you first get it done, some poepel dont get it, but i figure its a cool excuse to eat maccas icecream constantly. and i get cuts on the top of my mouth sometimes which herts a lot and the plastic ones can help but they come off easily and ive nearly swallowed a few

so after my massive rant, i say tounge even though i hear a certain other peircing gives you, how you say, 'pleasure' especially when walking up stairs and eyebrow looks cool, but whenever i see poeple with massive scars on their eyebrow i visulise how it got ripped out *cringes*

so go with the tounge! and ur bf might even thankyou for it

oh and my sister had that bit of her ear done like pic above and she said it was the most painful thing that had ever happened to her, and shes had tounge/bellybutton/tattoo and even serious head concussion, so you gotta have balls for that! but granted it does look nice

i got my nipple done and it didnt hurt as much as i thought it would
actually it was quite quick and painless

The Tragut is one of the more pain sensitive places on the body; pinching it is one of the things you use in first aid to try to get a response out of an unconsious patient (the other common one is to roll a hard object over the fingernail rather hard...)

I say Tongue too, my girlfriend has one, nuff said.

(No seriously, theyre easier to hide which from a Job POV is quite useful, and dont live visible external scarring...)

toungue doesnt hurt if they use the right guage needles... and are firm/quick....

The clamp is what hurts the most with the toungue thing... untill a couple hours later and u eat something wiht salt..

Definitely check out places properly before you go though... make sure they use single use hollow needles...

I reckon go for tung and labret coz they both match perfectly my mates have them done and they look wikid as im not allowed my tung done had to much dental stuff done and i dont wanna wreck my teef
