is Global warming a scam? Climategate **HOT TOPIC**

Over the last week there has been alot of post all over the internet about the Hackers that hacked into the Climate Research Unit (CRU) computers at east anglia Universtity in london.

The hackers pulled over 1000 emails that was corispondents between the top researchers that make the reports to the UN. Seems this whole global warming issue has been a way to tax us with carbon credits etc. funny thing is there has been no global warming and the infomation passed to the UN has been false and some of it held back.

we just passed the Emissions Trading Sheme last week into law which will cost nz tax payers $115billion based on the false info that was presented to the UN.

There were plenty of arguments, but CO2 is piss poor green house gas. Water vapour is much more potent, and there is much more water vapour in atmosphere.

Since mainstream of global warming focuses around CO2 and not other gases like Water vapour and methane, it makes "global warming" a scam.
They chosen CO2 as metric because CO2 is the easiest way to account for, you cannot gauge how much water vapour a car/factory produces can you?

Climate change on other hand is real thing, on earth climate is always changing. Earth turned from bared ice ball to tropical paradise multiple times.

As far as I am concerned they need to focus on switching to alternative power but on different grounds, fossil fuel power tech can't get you off this damn rock.

I believe global warming is happening. I don't believe its our fault, therefore I think the tax is a scam. So I guess i'm a Yes for its a scam.

that's not completely wrong, there have been some resent discovery's that found very heavily processed/worked rock formations that would rival our own machining equipment today, and its dated to 15,000 years old

think of rocks/bricks that fit together with extremely tight tolerances in the region of 0.1-1.2mm Lego style fitment, and carved from granite one of the hardest rocks available.

Finally people are starting to wake up, how refreshing. The IPCC is a completely corrupt entity, made up with people who tow the line, if you dont tow the line you're out, so we have this completely biased one sided 'authority' on the issue who everyone listens to without question.

I am in no doubt that there is climate change, as some have pointed out the earth's temperature is always changing, I think that human activity probably has some part to play, but I see no concrete proof that it plays as much of a part as the IPCC would have you believe. In the same way Bush had a vested interest in Iraq, the movers and shakers in the Global Warming scam will do very well if the world believes in the crap they are peddling, Al Gore is on his way to being 'the first global warming billionaire'. Neutral? I think not.

It was a while ago, but in 5th form science I'm pretty sure we learnt about the correct way to carry out an experiment. Dont quote me but doesnt it go something along the lines of hypothesis - test - result, and the result tells you whether you are right or wrong, and from the result you modify your hypothesis? These exposed emails seem to tell us that 'world leading scientists in global warming' believe you go hypothesis - result - tests to confirm hypothesis, if the results from the tests dont fit, then discard, cover up or manipulate.

I think in 50 years, when most of us are retired and our kids are we are now, we will look back and go, WTF were we thinking? Just how we look back and say, 'silly grandparents, why would you believe smoking would provide health benefits? surely inhaling smoke into your lungs isnt a smart thing to do'

Also you can't draw factual conclusions from obvservational study (which is what climate change is about - you can't test for it) - you can only form assumptions/theories. Or something like that anyway..

Gonad totally agree, and who would you say are conected with the IPCC? my view is the worldbanks and other big corps. and who has invested interest in the Banks? hmm members of the Bilderburg group, most of obamas appointed staff......the plot thinkins, this climategate is just a small piece of the puzzle of how our world is being enslaved.
