North Island Megameet / Grasskana - when do you want it

Hi everyone,
Bregiz has asked me to post a poll about when you would all like to see the grasskana happening, only people likely to attend please vote...

This poll will only be active for 7 days.

Likely events planned for the 3 day megameet, grasskana and a gravel car trial, beach trip and other activities to be advised soon.
We will have our own campground for all the TS members attending. The venue is in/around Raglan, which in turn is about 30mins from Hamilton.

prolly a good idea to have like 2 dates for this, the other being a likely postponement (such a word?) date incase the weather is wet for the first date. I doubt ne farmer would want us to tear up his paddocks when its wet.
Other factors that could be included with this second date would include haymaking, being a flat paddock and all its gonna be used no doubt maybe and that always effected by weather. i could rable on about this for ever so i stop now

I'll be in the Aucks and Hammy area from about the 29th Dec - 3rd Jan. So any days in or around there would suit me. I am a little flexable on days, so would try and make it if possible, please keep me posted.

Nosebleed: my dad has said we can have the paddock anytime after chrismas. so i am assuming that if he's planning on using the paddock 4 hay he will have done so b4 christmas (+ i have no recolection of him EVER using that paddock for hay b4 :/)
a postponment woudl not really be doable if ppl are traveling from such distances as wellington :/ as we will not know what the weather will do untill the day... i say we set a date and just go with it. it being summer chances are it will be fine
of course if some freak hurricane heads our way we can always allow 4 that. BUt thats pretty extreme curcumstances.

Bregiz, I'd love to be able to tell you (and vote) on what day would be best, but Im unable to confirm when I will be there. Me and the g/f are on a bit of a road trip, so we are very unsure on where and when we will be anywhere. I was saying that I will be around that area some time then, if you decide to make it before New Years, and we are able to be there, we will be. Like wise for after NY's.

you can enter in a non toyota if you are an existing t/s member and u fill in a special form prior to the day.
