Squeaking from the alternator . . . .

Maybe jst a belt or something stupid like that but i thought i'd ask.
Every time i turn my lights on and/or the heater i get this gay sounding squeak coming from the engine bay. anyone know what it is?

hey there

i had the same problem as you but its real easy to fix. u need to tighten your altenator belt. this is done by undoing the bracked that holds the altenator on, and simply sliding it back to tighten the belt. Carefull not to overtighten or you will screw up your water pump bearings.
