hey guys i own a st184 celica, and pranged it today. was really wierd i drove up a kerb and apon driving off it my car hit the ground smashed the bumper and side pannel above the wheel these now have 2 massive dents sticking out of them.
seen as these are made of fibre glass can they be pannel beated or do they have to replace the whole pannel.

Your bumper is made of plastic unless you've got a bodykit or something non OEM and your fender is a metal panel.

Depends how bad the damage is as to what you need to get done.... I believe there is a left side fender for sale on trademe at the moment.

If you do have a plastic bumper I think you need to get it fixed buy plastic welding stuff or get a new one

most toyota bumpers with a "ding" in them usually come right with just sitting it outside on a hot day. softens the plastic, which is sort of rubbery (and cannot be plastic welded) and it then returns to it's normal shape. let cool, and your done.

no it is actually cracked. it has been pushed up and now there is a big crack in it. do u think it will b cheap?

Use a heat gun. It'll pop right back into place. :)

its all good i took it to a pannel beater. he quoted $350 which is gud considering how bad it looks
