Could it be because there is shitload more Levin's then Trueno's and because Trueno's cost more (coz they better)?

Trueno is the best!

i notice that in the pics, the "late model trueno, is actually a preface version, therefor not a later model.

i say trueno, i dont like the gaps between bumper and bonnet on the 111 levins, plus even tho its slow i love my XZ. thats my say anyway.

Both Trueno's and Levin's are good in my books.
The only one I grade above the other is the AE86 Trueno over the Levin.
The nose of it just has something more to it to me. The pop up headlights give it a sense of character.
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.

to be honest i actually quite like the AE92 shaped trueno with the pop up lights (and this is coming from someone who drives a AE92 Levin).

The japs must love us you know, cuz i think NZ is the only country where the Levin (AE92 onwards) took off, cuz they dont even exist in aussie (the ones that do are expensive, saw an AE92 being sold on a car yard in the Gold Coast for $10k, shat myself when i saw it). The levin was even a stinker in Japan, its country of origin, cuz people over there dont want to drive small capacity engined cars, they want 6 cylinder twin turboed monsters that go 300km+.

So count yourselves lucky that you have the choice of being able to choose between two identical cars...cuz thats all they are, mechanicaly the are ...wait for it EXACT!!!. Sure the body styling on either vehicle is to certain tastes (some more than most by this thread), but in the end it all comes down to this...

A) thank god neither of them are hondas

B) ITS A TOYOTA! (duh)

C) even tho insurance can be a bitch on them sometimes they represent great value for money and are responsive to basic mods (pitty same cant be said about some other car manufacturers.)

So I voted that i like them both, because there are aspects of both which out do the other, in a way they compliment eachother. What one lacks the other has, but this is all asthetically mind u.

on a different note: Me and Stace were having the long discussion with some other peeps in palmy today before we left about weather there were more truenos or Levins on the road, so we counted them on the way home, we counted 5 Levins - 5 Truenos (although im sure she added an invisible trueno that i didnt see)

So we saw 5 of each between Palmy and Wellington (not including my Levin and Matts trueno)
