Driveshaft Help: 4AGZE Turbo AE101 Corolla

Postby ams » Wed Jun 02, 2004 10:34 pm

On behalf of a mate, we have so far put the engine and box in (decided to stick with 4AGZE head), intake manifold, exhaust manifold and turbo fitted, intercooler + BOV are plumbed in. most wiring done.

Okay, we need to sort out some driveshafts. What are our options?

AE101 GTZ ones will be a straight fit right? Anyone know where to get these from?

We have found some AE92 ones, but are these going to be the wrong length? Can they be modified to make fit? Roughly how much? By who?

It there a way of just using the inner joint, and fitting with existing drivehshafts? How?

Thanks,

Aaron.

Pretty sure that the ae101 and ae92 gtz shafts are the same.

Give karl a call at Toyotas Galore, 444-8095, should be able to sort you out.
