hi comp from small port should do the trick, probably easier to replace large port block with the small port block, check out http://www.club4ag.com for specs on gudgeons/ pins or wateva, should raise compression from 9.4:1 to 10.3:1, then shave head and head gasket. Also its no good shaving the head and sticking the head gasket on without degreeing your cams. Get some adjustable cam gears, get it on a dyno and time the cams to the specs they recommend. Should reach your goal easily then!
