Are they alloy or painted?
For alloy wheels I use Simmons rubbing compound, rubbing that into them removes any effects of oxidation and brings back original shine.
Then I use Autosol Metal Polish (I bought for $2 at $2 shop) to finish it off for a really good finish.

Sure can.
15gram tube...quite small but definately more than enuff to do all the metal parts on ya average car.
I use it on my wheels , exhaust, and rocker cover and easily enuff for all.
