Just wondering...

Does the aw11 use a c52 g/box like the ae82 fxgt alongside the 4age? Therefore a 4age + c52 g/box combo would be able to be swapped between the two without any hassels? :oops:

Yes it uses a C52, but with a slightly different shifter setup(they're on the other side of the shifter mounting thingy...

yea the shifter is around the other way, I read a website awhile ago that showed how to convert a fwd c56 to work in the aw11, was a mix of using the aw11 shifter and drilling the c56(same as c52)

C56 being the blacktop 5Speed box?

if so its the AW11 SC MANUAL box and th internals pf the C56.

c56 is facelift ae101 and 5speed ae111 (20v) same as a c52 but 3rd and 4th ratio is slightly changed the page I saw the conversion on was upgrading from a worn standard aw11 box to the c56... had full detail.... mite try an find it sum time
