Hammer a single hex socket onto it if its real bad go for a socket 1mm smaller and bash it on failing that WELDER

Grind or file down 2 sides then use a big shifting spanner.

could try the following:

either hammer a deep cross and try to get it out with a philips screwdriver or enough space is available, drill a hole through the middle of the bolt and shove a steel rod through that hole and turn it out. or get a file and file two sides down parallel and try and get a spanner or cresent wrench and turn it out.

Bashing a smaller socket on works best.

been on your exhaust manifold the heat will have jammed it in there real well, so whatever method you use try adding some heat with a gas touch or even a heat run while your trying to turn it :D
