MKiv supra diff

Well, after a rigorous testing out of my supra i found a weakness, my diff, blown.
When I bought it, driving back on the motorway i could here a light wine, which i put down to wind as the car had only done 100000km, surely couldnt be diff wear.

I have drained the diff oil and the magnetic plug was absolutely covered in thin slivers of my spider gears.

What is the cheapest option do you think??? New gears (my diff is probably worn everywhere else now too) or one from a wreckers???

Is a mk3 diff the same as my mkiv (non-turbo)??

What price am i looking at here???
