Lowering a econovan

As stated im thinking of lowering my econovan ive been doing up,
any one know of a good place to take it as i want it done properly.how much are lowring cert and do you only need one under 100 ml?? cant remember the hieght..
also after some rims for one.. it's rwd 4 stud not to sure of the pattern
looking for 17" or 18"'s thanks

cert is for lower than 100mm 8)
couldnt you just wind down the torsion bars instead of having to pay for it
