Apart from first thing on a cold start (until the oil pressure builds up) big end rattle usually relates to load. At 3000 rpm and throttle barely cracked open, there is hardly any load on the bearings, and the noise goes away. Let it slow down to 1500 rpm in a high gear, and then give it a bit of throttle.... that will load up the engine and should get your bearings rattling nicely
