hey guys ive got a mk3 supra with a r154 and its just started making some werid noises. just wondering if u guy know what oil to stick in them??????

If it's black with a digital dash then I'd say it was probably Stupras old one, anyway HPI had really good results with Redline shockproof in their project soarer 1JZ R154
I could probably dig up the article if you're interested for more info.

I was about to go and look for that magazine to try and find out what they used...(But youve got the name so I dont have to go and find it)
But yeah try that, they had really good results with it, improved shift quality etc...
