At a rough guess, around 170-175fwkw

Basically you look at other peoples 1/4 times and their trap speeds, compare weight with your car etc, its an educated guess.

I wouldn't say it's anywhere near that, a 1600cc motor, with 15psi through a t3 compressor wouldn't make 230-240fwhp.

thats around what i think i have also.
my old man used to drag race a dair bit back in his day and a lighter flywheel did make a difference he said. Back in late 1970s and early 1980s a 13.1s in a street ford escort mk2 (2L turbo) was pretty impressive in those days.

what about your recent run...

to be honest I have no idea what kws i have.
at shore performace ages ago when i was running 12psi, exhaust housing far to small, no external, no bluetop cams and running like poo i got 130kws, and shore performances dyno reads alot lower than torque performance.

hard to say with recents runs due to those conditions and the varying boost levels I ran. There was a 14.005 @ about 172-173km on 14psi. I'd figure at that amount of boost I may have 155-160kw at a guess???

well i must have about that kinda kws when i did my 13.5.......
one of my runs i did a 0-60ft of 2.8s and final of 14.5@172, that was on 16psi.
my 13.5@174(108mph) run was on 15psi but i got off the line alot better.

seems like any 4agte gets up to a certain speed good, and to go any faster u needs lots more hp!!
even takusumi (cant remember his name) did a 12.5@109mph...

Here is a pic of the flywheel on my 16 valve small port.

You can see the drill marks at the top where it was
dynamically balanced with the pressure plate. Engine
hasn't been run yet, but I expect it to be pretty responsive :)

Cheers....
