Well, I was just passing by work(I work at the SS that is next to the workshop, that is all owned by the same guy) and I thought I would check out my new exhaust with pretty downpipe and all.....
The other week I went and paid $30 for a flange and piece of 3 inch to 2 1/2 inch pipe to weld on the existing exhaust so it could be bolted up and replaced easily for drags etc (bolt on another shorter, fatter pipe that exits under the passenger door or something). I was told by them to buy the flange, I showed them the flange when I dropped it off at work and they said "oh, you got the flange? sweet." Anyway, as I perused yet more of their miraculous work It dawned on me that they had just cut the down pipe and welded it to my exhaust! Oh, and there's still a very small but visible crack in the downpipe which they were supposed to weld b4 they put it anywhere near the car.
I need to know if there is any legitimate reason for not using my pretty flange and pipe before I run them over in a sentra, I've had it with their lack of integrity and apparent inability to use a telephone but don't wanna go in screaming until I'm sure of my righteousness(usually not a problem for me).
