Didn't you ask this before? You cant just do some magical thing to your engine to get compression back, depends where its getting out. Could be rings, could be headgasket, could be valve problems etc etc etc. Best way is to take it to a garage and get them to see what they can find. Chances are labour isn't going to be cheap as either way its probably going to need the head off.
