I paid $300 for my rebuild, dude threw in another exhaust housing, as mine was cracked around where the wastegate slams shut. Got new bearings and seals, did an excellent job, took overnight. He also offered to throw in a bigger comp wheel for another $30, but my turb is already laggy enough!
I only went to him because he had the fastest turnaround, places like Turbo Tech, Turbo Reconditioners quoted me the same job for $350-$450, not including the new exhaust housing, or comp wheel upgrade, as I believe they are substantially more expensive. So, at a max, I'd say you'd be paying $400 tops for new seals.
On a side note, turbo's are getting damn expensive for secondhand units! I was quoted $695 for a rebuilt T25 when I had my 180sx, mate got a quote for the same car the other week for $895! Hmm....
