Broken Bolt advice please

I noticed that there was a bit of oil coming out from under the bolt cover, grabbed my socket set went to nip it up and it came off as a put the socket onto it, how the hell do I replace it? And where do I locate another?

by the look of it, you'll need to take off the rocker cover and remove the bolt, which, i think also holds the rocker gear in place. Toyota would supply one new if you can't get one from the wreckers.

& once you have taken the cover off it should come off pretty easy with some molegrips
