Altezza pistons into Redtop 3sge?

I was wondering if these:

Pistons would be compatible with a red top 3sge engine.

Although Altezza pistons run a higher compression, correct?

yes they will fit only .5 higher in comp thou

Are those the diameter for the original bore size? Gotta be careful with that. If you're going to put new pistons in, the chambers might need to be bored out even further and you might find those ones have way too much clearance between the piston and the wall...
