My answer is exactly right where the blue car is controlled by a give way or stop sign, or where the blue car is in a driveway, not a road (ala, its not marked as bidirectional).
how often do you find an intersection similar to that described which is an _actual road_ and is _unmarked_?
Because the minute it is a marked road, my statement is true.
The examples which make my statement false don't (or shouldnt') exist, for the exact reason that this thread is so contradictory - it confuses drivers.
So if someone knows of an intersection that fits the bill of this sample intersection, post up some digi photos??? I'd be quite interested. Its the kind of thing you'd immediately petition your local council about.
