where can i score intercooler hosing.. cheap.not samco

where can i get some intercooler piping.. eg buy even some 2.5" hose in meter lengths then cut that up.

anyone know some cheap alternatives

go to 121 marine in wairau rd north shore (or somewhere similar) and get some hose from them, i think its sold as radiator hose or maybe even fuel type hose, but its very similar to samco stuff, execpt its only about $20 a metre (can't remember exactly but its cheap as for what it is). Ive used it before and would use it again, as long as your only using it to join pipes (rather than for a long run) it'll be fine, rubber hose tends to balloon under pressure if its used for more than joiners.

also if you go to Tube Benders Ltd on Cryers Rd in East Tamaki, you can get reject stainless mandrel bends for $15 each for 2.5", $10 for 2" or $20 for 3"

go into an exhaust shop, like pit stop, n c if you can look throu there cut offs ect. they may hav wat u want, if u bring in a chick wearing bugger all sometimes they giv it too u. (speakin from experience).

Big radiator hose does the trick. Enzed stuff wasn't too expensive and says on it that it should be good for 45psi ;) Thats what I'm using for pipe joins at the moment.
