Exhaust for AE92 Trueno

Hey there just wondering what to get to make my car sound good and add performance to it. it is a 4AGE. i don't really know much about exhausts so any help appreciated.

AE92 4AGE ... general concensus is that 2.25" is ample for a twin cam 1600. Its also generally accepted that it will sound like crap without a couple of resonators and a good muffler to get rid of the "twang".

oops, my bad.

Ok, Decent set of extractors, 2.25" mandrel bent piping with one or two resonators at least 18"+ in length, N1 stainless muffler. Keep the bends in the piping to a minimum for best flow.

Dont go for an N1 muffler on a non turbo engine unless you have several resonators, even then it will still be loud.
A 2 1/4" straight through muffler off an hsv is perfect for a 4age. Free flowing AND quiet. I have two for sale, $40 each. PM me if interested
