You'll need the 1JZ auto bellhousing to go on to the 7M tranny if you want to do that. I'm not sure wether the boltpaterns on the trannys are the same though...
If they aren't you'll need to make a customer bellhousing up for it so I'd say it would be a better option just to do a manual conversion whilst you are busy doing the engine conversion.
You'll need to make sure wether the Torque converter from the 7M will bolt up to the 1JZ flex plate aswell and wether it's able to support the Torque coming from a 1JZ.
