Optical to XLR DAC

Postby sergei » Thu Jul 21, 2005 11:57 pm

Not realy car audio related, but I need a "box" that will take SPDIF/Optical Digital input and output Analogue Balanced XLR signal..... basically I'm after 2 channel DAC (24bit/96Khz), just want to get rid of ground loops and power supply noise (PC)... was looking thru trade me, no luck.

Or ATLEAST I will settle for SPDIF to RCA DAC, as long as it takes optical (say no to ground loops)....

Doh - soz.. i was reading things too fast..

for a DAC you could go for a Rane, Behringer or as you have found the M-Audio - I like the M-Audio, simple layout, basic, cheap and does the job! :)

best of luck
