2k ports would be far to small to flow well enough on a 5k block, surely.
1988 KE70 Wagon - Slowly rusting
1990 NA6 MX-5 - because reasons
2018 Ranger - Because workcar
1997 FD3S RX-7 Type R - all brap, all the time
OMG so shiny!

All the ports are much the same, many people use the 2K parts on the 4k's etc. 2K flywheels are lighter and the heads will up the compression. Thats in the case of the flat top piston models, which your 5K probaly wont be so you might run into issues.

so a 2k head on a 4k will definatly work? and make it faster because of the higher compression? again wat about reliability?

K series = Reliabilty.

You wont do any harm using it, so it wont be any less reliable. You needa boost over 14psi through a K series for it to be considered unreliable.

Youd be sweet as using it on a 4K, try get the flywheel too. Just use a 4K or 5K carb on it.

I built a 4K with 3K head, 4K Carb, 2K flywheel, 5K timing gear, 3/4K clutch setup and it was good as gold.

The ports on the 2K head are smaller, I have a reconditioned one I could sell you but you don't really want it.
