lol, I think you can get King Springs from Stocks for cheaper than that!!!

Use the 'Search' function, this topic has been covered several times.

P.S: I would go TRD, although Tanabe isn't a bad spring either.

hey I got some Vogtland springs for my pug 205 gti, they are sweet. Lowered the car by about 35mm, it handles even better, but still a fairly comfortable ride (for a 205 anyways!!!). The guy who sold them too me is on toyspeed, and runs a company called suspension progress ltd. He does a bunch of stuff for toyotas I think. I won't post his email, but PM me and I can give you his addy (hope you don't mind keith!!!)

king springs suck (even though I have them installed in my car atm).

Edit: Forgot to mention, I have a spare set of King Springs (front & rear) for SW20 if someone wants to buy it. Although I must mention that my front-right spring is a little compressed and woulnt recommend it.

Heh stock springs. The only problem I had with mine were the nose lift under high boost (used to always scare me). Thats the only reason I installed King Springs.

How good are Stocks ? Someone recommened me to them. I need a Targa Rally front setup on my AE86, and TRD have killed off their lower spring rate product (250lb).

Depends on the type and age of the vehicle and the availability at the time.

Stocks are fairly good at building custom setups for any vehicle. But in saying that, they charge through the nose for that type of work!
I have got them to build me a couple of coilover setups using Koni Adjustable inserts, but a couple of times they didn't follow my build design and changed a few bits so it was easier and cheaper for them to build, which in turn made the components not work properly. :?
So if you want something custom made through them, specify exactly want you want, get a quote for the job (and make them stick to that price, not a cent more!! Otherwise they will over charge you!!) and get a time for completion( otherwise it will be a week or two late!!). :D
