4age clutch and flywheels?????

hi ,i have a bluetop 4age in my car at present but have a new smallport redtop to be put in , are the flywheels and clutches different?

have been told they are can someone help me out
please need to no asap thanks

Im not sure if the redtop one is the same or lighter, but either way you should be able to use your existing one.

IVE RECENTLY HAD A NEW RACE COVER PLATE AND BONDED CLUTCH PLATE BUILT UP FOR MY BLUE TOP . I WAS TOLD THERE WAS TWO DIFERENT SIZE CLUTCHS FOR THE 4AG ENGINES THE SMALLER OF THE TWO WAS FOR THE BLUE AND RED TOP , THE OTHER FOR THE ZE SUPER CHARGED THE LARGER IS APROX 1'' LARGER IN SURFACE AREA TO CATER FOR THE TORQUE . BUT THE SMALLER WITCH WE HAVE IS LIGHTER BETTER THROTLE RESPONCE HOPE THIS IS OF SOME HELP TO YOU.

so long as your not using a 4agze flywheel/clutch

the clutch kits are the same

theres three clutches for the 4age 200mm pre 89.5 and 212mm for post 89.5 and then 224mm for the ze. So some smallports got the 212mm clutch but you can just use your bluetop flywheel
