can some one tell me: is the crank(where the fly bolts on) level with the block??
or does the crank stickout further than the block?? or otherway?? if so measurements please.
or if someone aucks has one out with the fly off can i come have a look??

The end of the crank is slightly proud of the rear seal. I don't have a pic of one with a flywheel but I have a 5M (same engine series) with a flex plate and you can see enough.
