gearbox oil for c56 LSD

what gearbox oil should be used in a c56 carrying a clutch type LSD, its runing castrol VMX at the moment guess that wont be any good for the lsd?

Castrol Syntrax i is what i run in mine with similar diff... will check the weight of it in the morning
