Wheels required urgently for '84 Starlet

need to borrow a set of wheels 4 my starlet for bout an hour or so. Trying to get a wof for it but the VTNZ ppl are bein a pack of wallys. got green stickered 4 gettin a lil sideways one VERY wet afternoon. VTNZ wont pass it sayin tyres are too wide and that they rub on full lock (only BARELY!!), but been thru 2 warrants (Non VTNZ ones) previously with the wheels passing fine Any help would be much appreciated and i'd be more than willing to compensate anyone that can assist...
