What gearbox have i bought????

sup. bought a gearbox for my silvertop 20v that was spose to be the mating part, but the input spline is alot bigger than my 20v clutch will allow. I also have a box off an ae82 single cam 4a-c and the clutch seems to fit on there no worries. i googled the clutch plate and it seems to be sweet,212mm. the only number i could find near the box is on the bellhousing, just above the release bearing arm,(A90700447)what the hells going on, the gearbox physically fits onto the motor but...have i got a supercharger box with a smaller housing mayby?, they have bigger clutches, bigger input shafts mayby??? anyone help?

By the sounds of it you have a 4agze box as the spline is bigger than the one on the 4age box :S

you reckon, do you know of any definitive ways of telling for sure that it is? markings etc, anyone no the proper spline size for the ze?
